walker-boys-photoWith a strong traditional artistic background, Chad and Eric have honed their skills to become not only accomplished computer game and comic book artists but also innovative instructors, authors and programmers.

They are accomplished in all forms of game creation from design, game implementation and 2D artwork and 2D animation to 3D modeling, 3D animation, motion capture, visual effects and texturing.  With over 12 years of experience in the game development field, they have worked on over 20 titles with 14 shipped games. Working at studios such as Ensemble, Firefly, and Terminal Reality, titles they have worked on include, Age of Kings, Age of Conquerors, Age of Mythology, Battle Cruisers 3,000 A.D. and Blood Rayne I, II, Blowout and Remission. Along with computer games, Chad and Eric worked in the comic book industry on series including, Prophet, Youngblood Genesis and Youngblood Imperial.

In addition to the Walker Boys direct industry experience, they have already logged a notable amount of experience as curriculum developers and instructors. In 2001, Charles River Media published their first book entitled, "Game Modeling Using Low Polygon Techniques," and then in 2002 they developed and implemented a 12-month college course covering the basics of drawing for Cengage (Education To Go), an internet-based college offered in over 1,600 universities, which also published the material as a book for schools. Through this course, Chad and Eric have taught more than 4,000 students. Their second book entitled, "Making a Game Demo from Concept to Demo Gold" for Wordware Publishers, was released in September of 2005 with multiple translations. Their latest release (2010) is Training Videos covering 300 hours of Video Game Creation. The Walker Boys most current place of work is with the Guildhall at SMU, heading up the Art Creation Department.

Chad and Eric attended the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Arts in Dover, New Jersey.
